
Carol Service
We all enjoyed our Carol Service at St Alban's this year. The Nine lessons were read out as well as beautiful poetry. Everyone sang along to traditional Carols and stayed for mulled wine and mince pies following the service.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
St Alban's Church has always been decorated beautifully for Christmas inside the building. Thank you very much to our flower ladies for their excellent work. This year for the first time there are Christmas trees in the churchyard - one by the Brierley Gates at the top of Church Bank and one by the Tilney Gate on Chester Road. Winter has Arrived at St Alban's!
We woke up to a blanket of snow this morning, making everywhere look beautiful. But that didn't put anyone off coming to Church and everyone arrived in snow boots, winter waterproofs and wellies. No snowball fights but everyone had a nice hot cup of tea and coffee to warm them up before they left!

Christmas is Coming!
Yet again our flower ladies work tirelessly to make our Church beautiful and festive! The trees were decorated by different organisations throughout the village including the WI and the young adults from the Millennium Eco Centre in Wrexham. Thanks everyone!
